Ron is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of software sales, federal market recruiting, and business development strategy. His diverse career spans successful exits, high-stakes recruiting for federal contractors, and the founding of innovative platforms designed to align elite sales talent with top-tier enterprise opportunities.

Ron began his career selling computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) for a firm called Datastream, which was eventually acquired by IBM. This early experience sparked a passion for scaling B2B software ventures and laid the foundation for a long and successful career in technology sales and recruiting.

Over the next two decades, Ron built and led a retained executive search firm focused exclusively on hiring sales professionals, sales leaders, and business development executives for software companies selling into Federal DOD and U.S. intelligence agencies. His deep domain expertise in the federal space and unmatched network made him a trusted partner to clients ranging from nimble startups to large defense contractors.

An entrepreneur at heart, Ron also launched a tech startup focused on matching enterprise sales professionals to Fortune 500 accounts, leveraging data-driven insights to align high-performing reps with the right opportunities.

Beyond his business ventures, Ron brings financial acumen through his experience serving on the finance committee of a $30M luxury vacation property, where he played an instrumental role in budgeting, capital planning, and long-term asset management.

Ron earned his degree from the University of Utah, where he first discovered his love for the outdoors. When he's not advising clients or growing ventures, you'll find him cycling, skiing, ski mountaineering, or trail running. He enjoys spending quality time with his partner Julia and exploring new destinations together.
